How long does it take for IT Works PC Parts to be received
Payments could take up to 2-3 business days or longer, depending on the
speed of your bank processing. We will prepare your order for
dispatching once payment has been received.

Due to an unexpected system error, a decision was made by IT Works PC
Parts to cancel and refund your order to prevent further delays. Please

Can I cancel my IT Works PC Parts order?
Yes you can! Please visit your ‘My Account’ under ‘Order Status/History’
to request for cancellation. Do take note that there is only a small
window of time allocated for cancellations. The option will be

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. However, pre-order items may take a longer time to be dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a follow up confirmation email.
Does IT Works PC Parts offer free shipping
Free shipping is available on a wide selection of our products. A ‘Free Shipping’ logo will be displayed for products that are eligible for free shipping on special events/deals.
Can I call prior to or upon delivery?
IT Works PC Parts recommends providing an address where a family member or colleague would be present to collect the parcel as the courier company would not usually call you prior to or upon delivery.
What is the refund process on IT Works PC Parts like?
Refunds could take up to 2-3 business days or more for the amount to be reflected back in your account. It also depends on the speed of your bank processing.
Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
All goods must be returned within 14 days, it should also be sealed and unopened or a 20% restocking fee will be charged. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.
